The Allegany County Library System is conducting a survey on its strategic plan and issued the following release to WCBC:

 

THANK YOU! So many of you have completed the strategic plan survey and shared your thoughts and ideas. Now, we want to hear from your friends and neighbors!

Will you help us by spreading the word? Share the survey link with your friends and neighbors, even if they aren’t regular library patrons, so we can hear from them as well.

Our mission is to enrich people’s lives by providing information, materials, services, and entertaining programs to promote our community, lifelong learning, and opportunity for all. We want to be the best at what we do and make certain that our programs and services meet the ever-changing needs of our patrons and our county.

Allegany County Library System is working to develop a new strategic plan and we want your input as we shape our direction for the future. This survey is great way for you to share your ideas and give us a better sense of where we’re doing things right and where we need to improve.

Remember, the survey is open to EVERYONE! Whether you visit the library every day or can’t remember the last time you used your library card, we hope you join the conversation.
