Rodney Little, Director of the Maryland Historic Trust, told WCBC News on Thursday that he never told the Canal Place Preservation and Development Authority that the Footer Dye Works building could not be demolished. Little says even though the building has been deemed salvagable, the Authority does have the option of making a request that it be demolished.
