Annabelle L. Lapp died on Monday March 30, 2015 after a brief illness. Lapp owned and operated Ray C. Lapp air conditioning with her husband Raymond C. Lapp. Friends will be received at the Scarpelli Funeral Home, 108 Virginia Avenue Wednesday from 2 to 4 p.m. and 7 to 9 p.m.
