Local law law-enforcement agencies plan to step up patrols over the upcoming Super Bowl weekend to catch drivers who are impaired by alcohol or drugs. Maryland State Police a will have additional officers patrolling the roads, while the Hagerstown Police Department said it is offering overtime to officers who want it.
