Cumberland native Guy Bentham was awarded a City Star Award this week for his work on making lower Gephart Drive a better place to live. Mayor Brian Grim said the City Star Award program was deisnged to recognize the unsung heroes in the community who have made a positive impact, but whose efforts may have gone unnoticed or unrecognized.
