Local Paper Gaming Revenues Up

It was generally positive news on the paper gaming revenue front for the Allegany County Commissioners this week. The officials received an end of fiscal year report on local gaming revenues and the numbers were up across the board for the most part. Funds coming from gaming are earmarked for fire and rescue departments and capital projects for the Board of Education. Gerald Joy, Gaming Administrator, said that the Rocky Gap numbers are not yet known- the numbers generated by paper games at club sand taverns are showing increases…
