A source familiar with the situation confirmed to WCBC News Wednesday that additional charges have been filed against Cumberland physician Dr Robert Cendo. Cendo has a history of legal trouble, culminating last week when he was charged with solicitation of prostitution and perverted practice. The charges alledge that Cendo distributed drugs in exchange for sexual favors. That investigation is on going. Cendo is free after posting bond. On the day after his arrest last week, Cendo surrendered his license to practice medicine.
