Low Ranking for Mountain State Well-Being

For the sixth consecutive year West Virginia ranks last in well-being.  The well-being index measures criteria such as physical health, social relationships, financial stability, and sense of community.   Alaska and Hawaii were the top ranked states in the well-being index.
