Lt. Governor Talks About Effort To See That Rural Areas Are Not Forgotten

During a recent visit to Western Maryland, Lt Governor Boyd Rutherford talked with WCBC News on a wide range of topics including the Hogan administration’s continuing effort to see that the rural parts of the state are not forgotten. During the eight years of Governor Martin O’Malley many felt Allegany and Garrett counties as counties on the Eastern Shore were largely ignored in Annapolis.
