The Post Master at Cumberland's Post Office on Park Street tells WCBC News that delivery of some mail will be later than usual today as a result of a mail delivery truck enroute from Baltimore was involved in a minor accident. Despite the accident and delay, the mail will be delivered today according to the Post Master.
