On 06/24/2012 at approximately 21:53 hours, Deputies of the Allegany County Sheriff's Office responded to Old Dan's Rock Road in Frostburg for a disturbance.
Deputies arrived on scene and based upon investigation learned that 23 year old Brandon Alan Frey of Frostburg had allegedly brandished a loaded firearm and threatened to shoot two females at his residence, during an argument.
Frey was arrested and charged with the following:
2 counts of 1st Degree Assault
2 counts of 2nd Degree Assault
2 counts of Reckless Endangerment
2 counts of Carrying a Dangerous Weapon with Intent to Injure
A loaded rifle, that was allegedly used in the assault, was recovered by the Sheriff's Office.
Frey was jailed on a $25,000.00 bail.
Midland Fire Department and George's Creek ambulance were placed on standby during the incident.
