On Thursday September 20, 2012, Cumberland City Police served an arrest warrant on Richard Crowe Jr., age 32 of Cumberland.  Crowe was charged with Burglary 1^st Degree,

Burglary 3^rd Degree, Burglary 4^th Degree, Theft, Assault 2^nd Degree and Malicious Destruction of Property.  Crowe was processed, served and taken to the Allegany County District Court Commissioners office for a bond review.  Crowe was held without without bond at the Allegany County Detention Center.
