On Saturday at approximately 4:30 AM, the Cumberland City Police Department were dispatched to the double digit block of Virginia Avenue for a disturbance.
Upon arrival officers made contact with William Foster Younger Jr. Mr. Younger advised he got into an argument with his girlfriend and destroyed a laptop. The victim advised she wanted charges pressed against Younger. Younger was placed under arrest without incident.
Younger was transported to the police station where he was issued a criminal citation for destruction of property less than $1,000.00. Mr. Younger was released on the citation pending his appearance in District Court.

Charge – Malicious Destruction of Property less than $1,000.00
