Man Charged With Failing To Send Child To School

On Saturday, Cumberland Police served a Criminal Summons on Kenneth Wayne Rice.

The summons was issued on May 31, 2016. Charges were filed by the Allegany County Board of Education.

Rice was served with the Criminal Summons and released pending trial.
