On Saturday, September 2, 2017 at approximately 10:30 PM, the Cumberland Police Department responded to a Virginia Avenue business for a trespassing complaint.
Upon arrival, officers contacted the suspect, Nicholas Moreland, who had been barred from the property.
Moreland was arrested and transported to police headquarters. Moreland was processed and released on a criminal citation.
