Officers from the Cumberland City Police Department responded to 105 Springdale Street Satufday for a violation of a protective order.

Upon the officers arrival, they observed Hallie Hansford Holder, standing in front of 105 Springdale Street screaming at the occupants inside the residence. Officers made contact with Holder and advised him to stop screaming. Holder failed to obey the officer’s orders and started screaming at the officers.

While Holder was being placed under arrest, he began screaming and cursing at officers. As officers were attempting to place Holder into the transport vehicle, he began to resist and assaulted an officer.
