Cumberland City Police Officers were investigating a theft complaint on Boone Street Saturday, and during their investigation, officers encountered an individual in the area identified as Billy Holden, age 26, Cresaptown, Md.
While speaking with Holden, officers received consent to search his person and located an amount of heroin. Holden was then placed under arrest and charged with CDS possession not marijuana.
Holden was then taken to District Court for his Initial Appearance and held on $5,000 Bond.
