Man Sentenced For Possession With Intent To Distribute Cocaine

The Office of the State’s Attorney for Allegany County, Maryland, Michael O. Twigg, State’s Attorney, announced on

Tuesday, July 3, 2012, that the Honorable W. Timothy Finan, Judge of the Circuit Court for Allegany County, Maryland, sentenced Antonio Hall, 37, of Washington, D.C., to fourteen years incarceration in the Division of Corrections.  Five of those years were suspended.  Mr. Hall will serve nine years actual incarceration.  Upon his release he will be on four years of supervised probation.  His conditions of probation include evaluation and treatment and forfeiture of five thousand dollars.

The sentencing was the result of a guilty plea on July 3, 2012, in which Hall plead guilty to Possession with Intent to Distribute Cocaine.

Prosecuting the case for the State was Assistant State’s Attorney Samuel Lane; Mr. Hall was represented by Steven R. Tully, Esquire.
