Man Served Two Arrest Warrants on Burglary, Trespassing

On Monday, April 20th, 2020 the Cumberland Police Department served two arrest warrants on Rahman Hadi Wilkins charging him with violating a protective order, 3rd and 4th burglary, and trespassing.  The warrants were issued as a result of police responding to a Bedford Street residence on two separate occasions in March 2020, for the report of Wilkins walking into a female victim’s residence without permission and in violation of a court order.  He had a bond review before the District Court Commissioner and was remanded to the Allegany County Detention Center held without bond.

 

Rahman Hadi Wilkins, age; 27, Cumberland, Maryland.

    He was of Baltimore just a couple years ago when getting arrested in PA and NC.
