The man who robbed the LaVale branch of Susquehanna Bank twice in one week in 2013 pleaded guilty in US District Court in Baltimore Tuesday.
53-year old William Carl Miller, Junior, was sentenced to over 12 years in prison and ordered to pay restitution of over $1,700.
