On Saturday morning at 1 am a city police officer observed a suspicious vehicle parked in the Highlands Trail parking lot. The vehicle’s occupants consented to a search and marijuana was discovered. Arrested were the driver, 23 year old Krystal Ann Huckabay of Cumberland, and occupants 26 year old David Tyler Barnhart and 27 year old Amber Leigh Spencer, both of Cumberland. All three were released on personal recognizance.
