Marijuana licenses on hold until summer

Several companies companies have publicly disclosed plans for proposed cultivation and processing operations in Western Maryland  including Peak Harvest in Cumberland.

In addition, more than 20 applications were submitted for dispensary licenses in senatorial Districts 1 and 2. District 1 covers the western portion of Washington County, along with Allegany and Garrett counties, while District 2 covers the remainder of the county, including Hagerstown.
