Maryland Electrical Utilities To File Reports On Power Restoration

The head of Maryland's Public Service Commission says all of Maryland's major electrical utilities will have to file reports on how they managed power restoration. Doug Nazarian said Thursday the utilities will have to file the major storm reports 21 days after power is restored. The chairman says regulators are now focused on restoration efforts. Nazarian says the commission will evaluate whether utilities' systems should have weathered last week's storm better and what, if anything, should be done about that…
