Maryland Loses 6,000 Jobs

According to WBAL News, Maryland's unemployment rate has increased to 6.7% after a U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics report that confirms the state lost approximately 6,000 jobs in April. In addition, March's gain of 1500 jobs was revised to a loss of 600 jobs. The state of Maryland's unemployment rate is almost 20% below the national rate.

    Even the Federal Government can’t hire enough people from Montgomery and Prince Georges County to keep the unemployment rate down …..
