Maryland Natural Resources Police arrested two Virginia residents last Sunday on Deep Creek Lake and charged each with driving while inpaired.
28 year old Young Hoon Park was at the controls when the stop occurred, while NRP officers saw Aliyah Mahmud operating the boat just prior to the stop.
Park refused to take an Intoximeter test, while Mahmud registered a .19.
