Two local men will face charges in Allegany County District Court on December 3rd after being picked up by Maryland Natural Resources Police. 39year old Gene Robert Martz, Junior, of Ridgely, and 19 year old Shayon James Dawson are alleged to have shot an eight point buck with the aid of a spotlight on October 30th and could be fined $5,000 each.
