Maryland’s 6th District To Be One Of The Most Interesting Races

January 27th, 2012 by WCBC Radio

Political observers are pointing to Maryland’s 6th district as one of the most interesting political races this fall as longtime incumbent Republican Roscoe Bartlett is facing a newly reconfigured district with many more Democrats.  At Thursday night’s PACE reception, Bartlett told WCBC News that the change in constituents will be a challenge.

One of the favorites to receive the Democratic nomination to face Bartlett is state senator Rob Garagiola of Montgomery County, who says he has visited Cumberland frequently.
