Cumberland Mayor Brian Grim presented his annual State of the City address as part of this week’s city council meeting- highlighting a long list of accomplishments from 2015. During the 15-minute review of the past 12 months- Grim called it a "great year.” In discussing the city's fiscal picture he used the work fragile, but emphasized that the city is entering its fourth year in the black. The mayor listed two dozen streets that received paving and said many blighted properties were removed during 2015. The recycling program was another major success.
