A new five year agreement with the McCoury Family to continue DelFest at the Allegany County Fairgrounds has not yet been consummated, despite reports that it has been.
Stan Strickland is the business manager for the McCoury Family, and told WCBC’s Dave Norman that while it’s very likely the deal will be signed, there are lingering issues, including the status of the Director of Tourism.
