Although they agreed to take the “high road” during the campaign for House of Delegates 1C in the republican primary- Allegany County Commissioner Mike McKay says that unfortunately his opponent- Ray Givens- has not lived up to that pledge. The two men, who participated in a candidate’s forum earlier this week at Allegany College of Maryland, exchanged words after the event as McKay felt Givens had delivered some personal attacks and accusations.
