7:25 PM UPDATE:
The highway has been reopened.
INITIAL REPORT:
The Allegany County Joint Communications Center has dispatched emergency units to US 220 in the Copperhead Road area near Rawlings for a vehicle accident.
The highway has been closed in both directions at that point.
