Maryland House Speaker Michael Busch underwent bypass surgery last Wednesday night and a spokesman from his office reports that a full recovery is expected. Busch went to the University Of Maryland Medical Center for a routine test Wednesday. He was experiencing shortness of breath, and tests led doctors to perform bypass surgery at around 7 p.m., his office said in a statement. Busch is awake, alert and expected to return to work and campaigning in the next few weeks. Busch, 71, underwent a liver transplant in June of last year- and at that time talked about his surprise at suddenly having to deal with some serious health issues….
