Leave it to Delegate Buckel to come up with another ridiculous project to get behind. According to him; subsequent tax proceeds would be allocated for public education. If I remember correctly that was the same pitch given before the start of the Maryland lottery. Today everyone is wondering where the money will come from to support the Kirwan education reforms. Whatever happened to all of the proceeds to support public education?
