The Open Enrollment Period for Medicare Retirees started October 1st, and West Virginia is holding several Benefit Fairs for distributing information on Plan Year 2016. Locally, one of the fairs will be held on Tuesday, October 13th from 1:30 to 3:30 PM at the South Branch Inn in Romney. Other locations include Martinsburg and Morgantown from 9 to 11 AM on the 13th and 14th respectively.
