Eyewitnesses tell WCBC News that a minor bus accident…a fender bender not involving injuries…occurred this morning on Pear Street near Fairview Avenue. The Allegany County Board of Education Transportation Department issued the following report:
At approximately 8:15 a.m. this morning, ACPS bus #51 en route to Northeast Elementary School caused minor damage to a parked passenger vehicle on Pear Street as the bus attempted to make a narrow turn. There were no injuries and no damage to the bus. Student arrival was slightly delayed due to the incident.
