The hours are a little shorter, however an annual event that has grown more popular each year returns to downtown Cumberland tonight with “Moonlight Madness” . Tonight, from 5 – 10 pm you are invited to shop in Downtown Cumberland at all your favorite shops and restaurants. A DJ service has been retained and will be playing favorite holiday tunes and Santa will be available for photos at The Book Center from 5 – 8 pm.
