Two accidents reported this morning. Allegany County Emergency Management is reporting a motor vehicle crash on National Highway (Route 40) at Kline's Restaurant. One lane of traffic is open. And a car with a busted radiator and fluid spill on Westbound Interstate 68 had all lanes closed for a brief period. They are now re-opened, but the ramp at Exit 42 is partially blocked.
