Local WV Counties Now in COVID “Yellow Category”

After just about all West Virginia Counties in the WCBC and Classic Hits 107 listening area were in the 'Green Category' of the Mountain State's COVID-19 action level coding system, an update Monday has downgraded those counties to the 'Yellow Category.' 

Dr. Clay Marsh, the Coronavirus Czar, says that the system is more geared to a rural state, and it separates congregate settings from the general community…

    Congregate settings are now ‘yellow’?
    Nursing homes, convalescent centers, schools, restaurants, bars, sporting events, bowling alleys, hair salons, these are all congregate settings. Are they now prohibited?
