MSP Decreasing Participation In C3I Unit

February 5th, 2020 by WCBC Radio

Maryland State Police is decreasing its participation in the local C3I unit.

Cumberland City Administrator Jeff Rhodes told city council at a work session that, while MSP will still be part of the group, the number of troopers involved will drop to just two…

Rhodes said that former Chief Charles Hinnant was very instrumental in keeping the two troopers on C3I, as initially the thought was it would be a complete withdrawal.
