Shortly after midnight on Friday, troopers from the Waterloo Barrack responded to the area of eastbound Interstate 70 at Marriottsville Road in Woodbine, Maryland, on a report of a two-vehicle crash. The driver of the Lincoln, whose identity is being withheld pending notification of next of kin, was declared deceased at the scene by the Howard County Department of Fire and Rescue Services.
