Simultaneous major road projects underway on Interstate 68 in Cumberland has led to substantial traffic delays in the past week- with peak hours sometimes seeing traffic come to a standstill and backed up several miles. The Maryland State Highway Administration has some good news- relief is on the way with a second lane being re-opened.
