MVA Changing Driver’s License Renewal Policy

April 28th, 2014 by WCBC Radio

Maryland's Motor Vehicle Administration is changing its driver's license renewal policy. MVA has a marketing campaign out now focused on its new self-serve driver's license renewal process.  MVA spokesman Philip Dacey says now you won’t have to leave your home as the MVA will mail you the product in seven to 10 days. If eligible, getting a non-commercial driver's license renewed will no longer mean waiting for your number to be called.  Dacey said there are some new convenience factors as some applicants can do it online or at a kiosk inside an MVA branch. ..
