New Council Members Take Office Monday

Monday is Inauguration Day in the city of Cumberland.  Two new council members will take the oath of office at noon on the steps of City Hall.  David Caporale and Nicole Wagoner will be administered the oath by Dawne Lindsey, Allegany County Clerk of Circuit Court.
