The Western Maryland Scenic Railroad is well into its 25th season- now under the leadership of Michael Gresham, the new general manager and chief operating officer- and the new manager has an aggressive agenda for the future. In addition to doubling ridership, Gresham is aiming at purchasing a newer steam engine to replace the current 1916 model. The engine won’t be the only change, as Gresham says his plans include overall upgrades to all of the “rolling stock”…
