Troopers from the Cumberland Barrack arrested a New Jersey man after a traffic stop on westbound Interstate 68 near Rocky Gap. On Friday morning, Alex H. Kracoff, age 22 of Manalapan, New Jersey, was stopped for speeding, operating a 2008 Ford Exploer. During the traffic stop, an odor of marijuana was detected coming from the vehicle. Troopers searched the vehicle and located a small amount of marijuana and over 90 oxycodone pills. Kracoff was traveling to West Virginia University where he is a student. He was taken to a commissioner and held on $3,000.00 bond.
