A five mile section of Corridor H in West Virginia has opened. Governor Earl Ray Tomblin was present Friday for the opening of the section between Bismarck and Scherr. Corridor H was first proposed in 1964. When completed, it will connect Interstate 79 with Interstates 81 and 66 in Front Royal, VA.
