Nor’ Easter Could Impact Area Mid-Week

Still recovering from Super storm Sandy, Maryland could be hit with some more crippling winter weather this week. Allegany County Emergency Services Director Dick Devore reports that the agency is currently monitoring a potential nor’easter storm that will track up the east coast.  Impact locally should be mid-week.  If the storm track brings an impact to western Maryland, he says to expect rain, possibly snow, and winds.  Devore says a complete list of preparations residents should take for protection is available at the department’s website. He says as always, keeping tabs on elderly neighbors or relatives is important…
