NRA Plans On Fighting Maryland Gun Law

After Maryland passed one of the strictest gun control laws in the country in the General Assembly, it hasn't taken long for the National Rife Association to begin plans to fight the law. According to WTOP News, President David Keene has said the organization intends to challenge the gun law in court. In order to put the issue to referendum on the November 2014 ballot, 55,736 signatures are needed. NRA enthusiast Greg Honeycutt says that even though that is one avenue, it may not be the most effective.





The group has not officially filed a petition.
