Somerset County in south central Pennsylvania... * Until 430 PM EDT. * At 223 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. This will cause minor flooding in the advisory area. * Some locations that will experience flooding include... Somerset, Meyersdale, Berlin, Friedens, Ursina, New Centerville, Mount Davis, Rockwood, Confluence, Salisbury, Garrett, Indian Lake, Shanksville, Addison, Wellersburg, New Baltimore, Casselman, Callimont, Seven Springs and Flight 93 National Memorial. PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS... Turn around, don`t drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood deaths occur in vehicles.
