Oldtown man injured near Flintstone

On Sunday, at 2:38 AM, Deputies responded to the area of Lower town Creek road Flintstone for a report of a person in lying in the roadway. The investigation revealed the the driver of a 2004 Jeep, that was reported as an Unauthorized use earlier in the day, was injured as a result of a motor vehicle crash.  The driver was attended  by Deputies while waiting for EMS to arrive. He was identified as Michael Bea Dockery II Age 30 Oldtown, Md and appeared to have numerous injuries. Further investigation revealed that Dockery lost control of the vehicle and left the roadway and traveled 50 feet over the embankment coming to rest on its side. The vehicle was destroyed. Dockery was transported to WMHS with non life threating injuries. Investigation continues and Charges are pending against Dockery.
